All items are sent by traceable, signed for and insured services.

At this time our sole delivery partner is DPD.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours and delivery in the UK within 2-3 working days - further afield depends upon local postal services, please allow up to 28 days. Our rates are as follows:

If an item is out of stock or there are any issues with your order we try to contact you immediately (by phone or email) to resolve the problem.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been despatched you will receive an email confirming your goods are on their way, this will include a DPD tracking reference.

DPD will then send you a SMS advising you when they will deliver the parcel. This message will give you the option of rescheduling to an alternative delivery day (upto 2 days ahead), or the option to deliver to a neighbour or store collection if that is more convenient. 

Late Delivery

If you have recently placed an order and you think the delivery of your order is overdue contact ensuring you quote your order number and we will take appropriate action.

Tax and Duties

All quoted prices include 20% VAT, for any products delivered outside of the EU the 20% VAT will automatically be removed from the products when you reach the point of payment; however you will be responsible for paying a Customs Duty / Excise Duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination. Please contact your country's Customs to find out how much these costs may be.


We understand that from time to time you may wish to return a product to us. To enable you to return products to us, in appropriate circumstances, we have created a 14-days returns policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights (e.g. your rights under the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000).

Items should be returned new, unused and with all MA.STRUM garment tags still attached. Your return should be accompanied by a completed returns form, one of which is included with every order we despatch.UK customers can return goods free of charge via the DPD store network (details included with your purchase), whereas customers outside the UK are required to cover any costs associated with returning an item to us.

We will send you a full refund for any product properly returned by you in accordance with the terms of this returns policy excluding any original delivery charges. Refunds due are processed as soon as is reasonably possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your returned product. Please note, we can only refund monies to the original payment source.
